Death Eaters, Evil or Misunderstood? 15 points (minimum of 150 words)

As we see in the Harry Potter universe Death Eaters have different mindsets when it comes to their agendas.  Some (the Malfoys) are part of the group, like the power, but would save themselves before laying their lives down for a fellow Death Eater.  Some (like Bellatrix) would do anything for their master including torturing or killing their own flesh and blood.  Why do you think this is?  Why do you think the Dark Lord allowed these two totally different attitudes in his army?  How would you want/expect your minions to behave towards you if you were the Dark Lord?  Remember to cite any sources you used in your research.

Kill the Death Eaters Game (Worth up 15 points)

I know some of you are thinking, what? Kill the Death Eaters, that is wrong on so many levels, but it’s all for a good cause.  We need to test your dueling skills.  All you need to do is play this game: http://www.dan-dare.org/FreeFun/Games/CMTVMore/HarryPotterFight.htm (I did not create nor do I own it, it is a free web game with no downloads needed, unless you don’t have the update flash).  What I want you to do is to reach Level 5 in the game, take a screen shot that visibly has the level you are on, the amount of Death Eaters you need to kill in order to reach the next level, and then another screen shot of your “final score” and turn those in for full credit.

Now for those overachievers who think, psst Level 5 that’s nothing, I can go way higher.  I will give a special award to that one person in the class who gets to the highest level in the game than the others in the class.  If there are multiple students who get to a maximum level each student will receive the award.
