Welcome to Beginners – Defense Against the Dark Arts. I will be your student teacher, Neville Prongs, and I will have my lovely assistant Silmarien Szilagyi here to help me as well. A little about me, I am a sixth year Hufflepuff Prefect and this is my second year teaching this class. Sil is a fifth year Ravenclaw Prefect who is extremely active in her house. However, since it is a beginner’s class the subject matter taught will be what a student would learn in their first three years in the magical world.

In order to be accepted into this class you must complete the entire first assignment. Once you have done this I will accept you into the class.
